AI Engineer II

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered internal platforms built from scratch.
• Design and implement intelligent automation and orchestration systems that enhance customer experiences and boost productivity across teams.
• Embed proprietary AI solutions directly into consumer-facing products and operational workflows to deliver measurable value.
• Build full-stack systems spanning backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces using React, Python, SQL, and Golang.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, maintainable technical solutions with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and design feedback to raise the overall quality bar.

What We Look For:

3–5 years of experience in software/AI engineering; hands-on production deployment skills; proficiency in Python/SQL/React. Proven ability to operate effectively with minimal direction is essential. Experience working with LLMs (e.g., Claude) and AI tools for productivity is required.

Preferrred Skills:

• Core ML/Data Science principles, Transformer architectures, RAG patterns, and Vector DB integration.
• AWS cloud-native development, Docker/Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
