Full Job Description
Blend360 is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role involves designing and deploying scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate within a cross-functional team on advanced initiatives such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and end-to-end MLOps pipelines on Azure.
Key responsibilities include building AI applications using frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI, implementing advanced prompt engineering, and ensuring robust monitoring and performance optimization with Azure-native tools. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to integrate AI solutions with existing software and ML architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tuning.
- Utilize and integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for LLM-based problem-solving.
- Build and manage agentic frameworks including CrewAI and Google ADK.
- Apply MLOps best practices using Azure services for streamlined AI development.
- Deploy, monitor, and trace AI application performance using Azure ML, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
- Collaborate with teams to align AI solutions with ML and software engineering practices.
- Develop end-to-end software engineering for scalable, production-grade AI systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI & ML services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Data & Compute services.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and traditional AI concepts.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model training, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD on Azure).
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
