AI Engineer

Blend360 is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our expanding team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will be instrumental in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions, working within a cross-functional team on advanced projects. This role involves hands-on development with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and comprehensive MLOps workflows.

Key responsibilities include developing AI applications using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and Google ADK. You will apply sophisticated prompt engineering techniques, implement robust monitoring, and ensure performance tracing. Collaboration with other engineering teams will be crucial to integrate innovative AI systems with overall development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Utilize and integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to solve complex problems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and manage agentic frameworks including CrewAI and Google ADK.
• Apply MLOps best practices for streamlined AI development workflows.
• Monitor and trace the performance of AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with traditional ML and AI methodologies.
• Execute end-to-end software engineering for scalable solutions.
• Leverage cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Apply a strong understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts.
• Utilize MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Demonstrate solid programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficiency in cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Deep understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., model deployment, monitoring).
• Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative work ethic.
