About the Role:

InteligenAI is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to spearhead the delivery of AI solutions across our client engagements. This role integrates technical leadership with solution architecture and a strong product-centric approach. You will be at the forefront of AI solution delivery, guiding the entire product lifecycle from understanding business objectives, architecting technical strategies, building proofs-of-concept (POCs), to deploying production-ready AI systems. This is a proactive, leadership-oriented position where you will collaborate directly with founders, clients, and our AI team to shape impactful solutions. It is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to continuous learning and growth, and a genuine passion for their work. The role involves managing multiple responsibilities concurrently, offering daily challenges. This may not be suitable for those seeking a standard 9-to-5 commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehend business challenges and translate them into robust solution architectures, leading end-to-end AI solution delivery.
• Design and implement production-grade Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) systems tailored for real-world applications.
• Engage with clients to identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and provide implementation guidance.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the founder, contributing to key business decisions.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of AI and technology professionals.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to launch AI-driven features that effectively address user needs.
• Continuously research and experiment with the latest GenAI tools, technologies, and frameworks.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions across various domains.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business workflows and design appropriate AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, with experience building scalable applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and embedding models.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key libraries/frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases like Pinecone/FAISS.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, data analytics, and the ability to transition solutions from prototype to production.
• A self-starter mentality with the capability to independently manage projects, make critical decisions, and deliver results from the outset.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal GenAI projects.
• Experience working in startup environments or fast-paced, technology-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
• Prior entrepreneurial experience.
