AI ENGINEER

Adsparkx is seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI to join our vibrant team in Gurgaon/Gurugram, India. This role involves the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, with a particular emphasis on generative applications that enhance creativity and streamline automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for practical applications, managing the complete model lifecycle from data acquisition and pre-processing to training, validation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our innovative products and solutions.
• Continuously optimize AI models to achieve superior performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Proactively research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and research advancements for potential adoption.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML model development.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Generative AI models such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar technologies.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, including experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries such as Hugging Face.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• A solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or multimodal AI.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing custom AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as LangChain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), or vector databases.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices for deploying and scaling AI models effectively.
