AI Engineer

We are seeking an AI Engineer specializing in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), document intelligence, and Computer Vision to join our team. You will transform prototypes into reliable product features used by real customers.

A primary focus is the Tender Management Solution (TMS): helping enterprise teams analyze complex tender documents, identify bid requirements, assess eligibility, and leverage company credentials for stronger bids using advanced document-understanding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build NLP/LLM pipelines to process government and enterprise tender documents (RFPs, RFQs) including financial clauses, technical requirements, and eligibility criteria.
• Develop information-extraction workflows that identify key fields with validation confidence indicators and traceability to source text.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems enabling users to query tender documents and company knowledge bases for grounded answers.
• Create document ingestion solutions for PDFs and scanned files, handling OCR, layout-aware extraction, tables, multi-column pages, and chunking strategies.
• Implement semantic search with embeddings, reranking, and hybrid retrieval methods for relevant clauses and project credentials.
• Build AI-assisted eligibility checking by comparing tender criteria against company certifications, financial thresholds, and experience.
• Construct the TMS Company Vault: a searchable knowledge base converting unstructured documents into actionable insights.
• Create matching workflows that align personnel qualifications and project history with tender requirements, highlighting gaps for review.
• Generate structured outputs like compliance matrices, risk flags, and bid/no-bid inputs supported by clear evidence.
• Evaluate LLM accuracy to reduce hallucinations using test datasets and regression checks.
