About the Role

A confidential client is seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to build production-ready, goal-driven AI agents that significantly reduce technicians' administrative and digital workload. This role combines advanced AI agent development with full-stack interfaces and enterprise integrations, while helping shape the solution's architecture and ensuring production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance goal-driven AI agents capable of taking real-world digital actions.
• Transform an initial proof of concept into a robust, production-ready agentic solution.
• Develop autonomous workflows where AI agents can complete multi-step tasks independently while incorporating human approval when required.
• Build intuitive, technician-facing interfaces rather than focusing exclusively on back-end functionality.
• Create seamless integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems using APIs.
• Leverage Python for AI, automation, integration, and application development.
• Utilize Anthropic's enterprise Claude platform to develop and enhance AI capabilities.
• Partner with experts in AI engineering, Snowflake/data engineering, and ServiceNow.
• Determine the right architecture and technical approach as the project evolves.
• Prioritize production readiness, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability in all solutions built.
