AI Engineer / Forward Deployment

Join a leader in CPG working on an internal 'AI Pod' for a 6-month project. This role is not an AI/ML Data Engineer position but focuses on building and deploying production software powered by AI.

Role Overview:

• The Forward Deployed / AI Engineer acts as the primary hands-on engineer within the Digital IT team.
• Takes prioritized business requirements from architects to convert them into secure, reliable production software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of GenAI and LLM-based solutions (agents, RAG) for internal use cases.
• Develop backend services using Python, C#, .NET, and TypeScript on Azure AI Foundry.
• Build vector search pipelines with prompt engineering and grounding workflows.
• Tune LLMs and agent orchestration using Semantic Kernel or LangChain.
• Deploy solutions via Container Apps and CI/CD automated testing.
