SoundHound AI invites you to join a dynamic team shaping the future of voice AI in Bengaluru/Bangalore. As an AI Engineer (Cognitive Engineer), you will be a core member of agile teams implementing high-quality cognitive solutions tailored for clients.
The Opportunity
You will build and implement new cognitive functionalities based on Transversal Analysis and Architecture blueprints, configuring Amelia's modules to address specific functionality. You'll test against concrete cases, discuss technical approaches with architects, develop functional modules, integrate solutions with back-end systems via APIs/Automatons, create agile work plans, configure ontologies in local languages for different regions (India), build reusable components like BPNs, and ensure robustness through stress testing.
What You'll Do
- Configure or customize Amelia cognitive modules.
- Review architectural blueprints and outcomes of analyses.
- Train Amelia for agreed use cases.
- Test and refine solutions to meet expected behaviors.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects on technical challenges.
- Develop functional modules until they reach desired performance.
- Integrate developed solutions with back-end systems using Automatons.
- Review structural changes, APIs, and decide on standardization with R&D.
- Create reusable Amelia ontologies in local languages (e.g., for India/Bangalore).
- Stress test new/modified components to ensure resilience.What You'll Bring
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 2+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, and/or Groovy Scripting.
