AI Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join D Globalist's New Delhi team. In this full-time on-site role based in the heart of India you will design, develop, and deploy AI models that power our global expansion platforms for international founders.

You will work directly with product and business teams to translate complex challenges into scalable solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and pattern recognition techniques. Your daily tasks include building neural network architectures, writing production-grade software, integrating components, and monitoring performance across systems supporting growth in 160+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate cutting-edge AI models and third-party APIs into our core application platforms
• Create, test, and refine prompts for founder matching, personalized recommendations, and business insights
• Translate business requirements from international markets into robust AI workflows and scoring logic
• Manage data pipelines to ensure high-quality, relevant outputs for global ventures
• Collaborate with development teams to launch features that improve speed, reliability, and accuracy

We Are Looking For:

• A candidate with 1–5 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering who has shipped live products
• Strong Python skills with practical expertise in LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and API integrations
• The ability to evaluate model outputs rapidly and turn feedback into tangible product improvements
• A hands-on approach ready to own implementation alongside cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), or recommendation engines
• Experience building AI solutions for global markets and international expansion needs
