AI Engineer Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer Consultant based in India (Remote) with partial overlap into US time zones to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents. These agents will automate critical processes within Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions using Anthropic Claude on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Build multi-step, tool-using AI agents with Claude for advanced use cases including lead enrichment/scoring, account research, personalized outreach automation, meeting preparation, CRM updates, RFP response generation, and campaign content creation.
• Deployment & Management on AgentCore: Utilize Runtime for hosting, Gateway for MCP integration, Identity for secure access, Memory for context management, and Observability for monitoring agent performance.
• Ecosystem Integration: Seamlessly integrate agents with major GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Slack, People AI, Gainsight, and more.
• RAG Implementation: Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging sales playbooks, product documentation, and CRM data to enhance agent accuracy.
• Safety & Governance: Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows for high-impact actions.
• Technical Documentation: Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and produce detailed architecture diagrams and runbooks for seamless handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 2+ years specifically building LLM applications in production environments.
• AI/LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Claude via the Anthropic API or Amazon Bedrock. Proficiency in prompt engineering, tool use (function calling), and agent workflow design.
• AWS Cloud Skills: Strong command of AWS services including Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, IAM, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.
• Coding & Frameworks: Advanced Python skills with practical experience in frameworks such as the Claude Agent SDK, Strands Agents, or LangGraph.
• GTM Application Knowledge: Proven track record integrating solutions into Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, and similar platforms.
• Domain Understanding: Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing operations, including the lead lifecycle, pipeline management strategies, and campaign execution models.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities for collaborating effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Certifications (Preferred)

AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, ML Specialty, or AI Practitioner are highly valued but not strictly mandatory to apply.
