AI Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning systems that power our cash forecasting and anomaly detection capabilities. You will work closely with product and data experts to transform complex financial data into actionable insights for CFOs.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop ML/AI models for cash flow forecasting, transaction categorization, and anomaly detection
• Build robust data pipelines that ingest and normalize information from banks, ERPs, and payment systems
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for production environments with a focus on latency and cost efficiency
• Create RAG pipelines and agentic workflows enabling conversational querying of financial data
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into the core platform via secure APIs
• Monitor deployed models for performance drift and ensure high reliability in critical financial contexts
• Apply statistical methods to validate model accuracy and design rigorous A/B experiments
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, versioning, testing, and monitoring
