AI Engineer

Osfin.ai, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS firm founded by IIT and ISB alumni, is seeking to hire an AI Engineer. About the Role

As a core member of the AI Engineering team, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. We are looking for analytical, self-motivated professionals with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Architect, build, and deploy Agentic AI models for autonomous task completion, real-time reasoning, and insight generation.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks into interactive dashboards.
• Implement robust data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to ingest diverse structured and unstructured data sources.

AI Workflow Automation

• Develop AI agent workflows for efficient information retrieval, summarization, anomaly detection, and decision support.
• Optimize prompt engineering and agent chaining for consistent and reliable AI outputs.
• Ensure AI agent actions are auditable, explainable, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align dashboard capabilities with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Translate complex AI functionalities into user-friendly business features.
• Continuously enhance AI agent performance through feedback loops, evaluation metrics, and iterative retraining.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Agentic AI development is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React, Node.js), or equivalent programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone) and practical experience with RAG implementations.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling capabilities, and multi-agent orchestration principles.
• Experience with BI tools integrated with AI backends is preferred.
• Strong grasp of API integration, including REST/GraphQL, and experience with cloud platforms.
