We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling enterprise-grade AI products. This position requires hands-on development, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI systems, including generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and complex multi-agent workflows. The ideal candidate is motivated by a fast-paced, product-focused environment and possesses a proven track record of guiding AI solutions from initial concept through to successful production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive AI and ML solutions for enterprise-level applications.
• Engage with cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Construct and optimize AI agents and multi-agent systems tailored for real-world enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and domain expert teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing production systems.
• Develop and maintain robust MLOps/DevOps pipelines to ensure scalable, reliable, and monitored AI deployments.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, primarily in Python and Java.
• Manage data pipelines effectively, utilizing SQL, JSON, and various structured/unstructured data formats.
• Experiment with and leverage modern low-code/no-code or 'vibe coding' tools for accelerated prototyping and deployment.
• Contribute significantly to AI product architecture, model selection, optimization strategies, and evaluation methodologies.
• Continuously stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and the development of production-grade AI products.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and Java.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI agents, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines.
• A solid understanding of vector databases, embedding techniques, and retrieval mechanisms.
• Proficiency in DevOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD for AI models, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud deployment strategies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and data pipeline management principles.
• Prior exposure to modern low-code/no-code or 'vibe coding' platforms is considered an advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, product-centric setting.
