AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems with a focus on scalable GenAI platforms, RAG pipelines, copilots, and applied AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role exceeds traditional model training; you will architect efficient LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, Unsloth) and implement robust LLMOps for automated lifecycle management.

You will bring expertise in AI engineering, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, compliant, enterprise-grade solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Building AI-powered applications like chatbots and copilots to enhance banking operations.
• Designing RAG pipelines for secure financial data access.
• Fine-tuning LLMs using PEFT techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) for domain-specific tasks.
• Automating LLMOps including training, evaluation, versioning, and deployment on AWS/Azure with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Developing APIs to integrate LLMs with banking platforms.
• Implementing monitoring for production LLMs (drift detection, hallucination tracking).

Additional duties include collaboration across teams, creating reusable AI components, model optimization strategies, supporting data engineering tasks, mentoring engineers, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS. Ideal candidates will also contribute to internal research on GenAI technologies.
