Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop AI components using advanced models, prompts, retrieval systems (RAG), tools, APIs, and data services tailored for enterprise needs.
- Build robust RAG pipelines and reliable agentic workflows featuring structured outputs, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and seamless integration with existing applications.
- Create test cases and evaluation metrics to monitor model quality, safety, latency, and cost. Investigate application failures, refine prompts/retrieval strategies, and maintain regression coverage for continuous improvement.
- Apply company standards for data privacy, cybersecurity, content safety, and responsible AI practices in all development activities.
- Connect AI components with enterprise applications using secure APIs and microservices architecture to ensure scalability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and production support operations to maintain system reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or data science from an accredited institution.
- Relevant cloud (Azure), machine learning, or software engineering certifications are highly advantageous for this role.
- 3-7 years of professional experience in software development, machine learning operations, or AI engineering with hands-on generative AI delivery preferred.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and extensive experience in AI application development within production environments.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and designing agentic workflows for complex tasks.
- Demonstrated experience with API design patterns and enterprise system integration strategies.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and monitoring solutions for model performance tracking.
- Strong foundation in software engineering practices including version control systems (Git), comprehensive testing methodologies, and production support protocols.
