AI Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our Technology team. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, APIs, backend services, and business process automations while applying strict governance, security, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom AI solutions for process automation, workflows, and cost reduction from requirements through deployment.
• Develop AI-enabled apps, APIs, and backend services integrating with existing firm systems.
• Evaluate business needs to recommend technical approaches and select appropriate platforms.
• Build integrations using leading cloud platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Implement testing, monitoring, error handling, guardrails, and human review controls for reliable production operations.
• Apply firm standards for governance, security, data management, and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Document solutions, architecture, and design decisions to ensure maintainability and reuse.
• Collaborate across sprints, architectural discussions, code reviews, utilizing Git and Azure DevOps.
• Partner with attorneys and stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical AI concepts clearly.
