AI Engineer

About This Role:
We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with strong production experience in Agentic AI workflows and Speech/Voice technologies (TTS/STT) to join our Gurugram-based team. You will architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of querying supply chain databases, reasoning over operational bottlenecks, and interacting seamlessly via low-latency voice interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Agentic Workflow Engineering: Design, build, and orchestrate multi-agent systems (using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) to automate supply chain workflows and analytics queries.
• Voice AI Integration (STT & TTS): Build real-time conversational voice pipelines utilizing models such as Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, or WebRTC streaming for multilingual/Indian-accented logistics use cases.
• RAG & Data Grounding: Architect hybrid search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over structured SQL/ERP data to ensure zero-hallucination outputs.
• Tool Calling & API Integration: Connect LLM agents with internal analytics engines, ERP/WMS/TMS systems using strict schema validation.

Must-Have Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on software/AI engineering experience in Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Deep expertise in building Agentic AI systems (multi-step reasoning, autonomous tool calling, state machines).
• Hands-on experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT), voice activity detection (VAD), and audio streaming pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI / AsyncIO), vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Milvus), and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, vLLM).

Good-to-Have:
• Prior exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce Ops, or FinTech.
• Experience fine-tuning speech models for Indian languages/accents.
• Familiarity with observability tools like LangSmith or Arize Phoenix.
