Full Job Description

Role: AI-Enabled Full Stack Consultant / Client Solutions Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site/Remote hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead client-facing discussions and translate business needs into practical web application solutions. You will utilize modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate solution design, coding, testing, and delivery of high-quality digital products for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders across India and globally.
  • Translate complex business needs into functional web application features and performance dashboards using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
  • Develop, integrate, and visualize data from multiple systems to build actionable health reports for clients in Mumbai and beyond.
  • Implement KPIs and reporting solutions while performing rigorous testing (functional, regression, UAT) to ensure system reliability.

We are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience building web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and using AI tools to enhance development velocity (GenAI/AI agents).
  • Solid skills in SQL, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working within SaaS environments, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, and collaborating with Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations independently from initial discovery through final delivery.
