NVIDIA is seeking a passionate and accomplished computer scientist for its Compute Developer Technology (Devtech) team as an AI Developer Technology Engineer in Pune, India. This role focuses on advancing the frontiers of artificial intelligence, a field poised to revolutionize every industry. From transforming transportation with self-driving cars to personalizing travel with AI agents and improving healthcare with DNA analysis for cancer detection, AI is shaping the future. This intelligent industrial revolution is powered by a new computing model: GPU deep learning, enabling computers to learn from vast datasets and develop complex software.
What You Will Be Doing
- Investigate and develop state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, graph analysis, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure peak performance on current and future GPU architectures.
- Engage directly with key customers to understand their challenges and deliver optimal AI solutions leveraging NVIDIA GPUs.
- Collaborate closely with NVIDIA's architecture, research, libraries, tools, and system software teams to influence the development of next-generation hardware, software platforms, and programming models.
What We Need To See
- A Master's or PhD in an engineering or computer science discipline, or equivalent practical experience, coupled with 2+ years of relevant professional or research experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++, software design principles, advanced programming techniques, and AI algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with parallel programming, preferably CUDA C/C++.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and customer visits.
