About the Role

Magna is seeking a skilled AI Developer, RPA & Testing specialist for its Intelligent Automation organization in Bengaluru. This role designs and implements AI-driven solutions to elevate automation, improve testing efficiency, and strengthen decision support across HR, Payroll, and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and enterprise APIs.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into RPA workflows to support automation developers and QA engineers.
  • Build data processing logic using Python/C#, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Apply best practices in prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation for Azure-based LLMs.
  • Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, observability, and testing across AI flows.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, privacy, compliance, and data governance standards.
