AI Developer

Blend360 is seeking an AI Engineer to join our Hyderabad, TS, India team and contribute to our growth. This role involves designing and deploying scalable AI solutions within a cross-functional team focused on cutting-edge projects. You will work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and end-to-end MLOps pipelines.

Key responsibilities include developing AI applications using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and Google ADK, employing advanced prompt engineering, and ensuring robust monitoring and performance tracing. Collaboration with other engineers will be crucial for aligning AI systems with overall development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Utilize and integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for complex LLM problem-solving.
• Build and manage agentic frameworks including CrewAI and Google ADK.
• Apply MLOps best practices for streamlined AI development workflows.
• Monitor and trace AI application performance.
• Collaborate across teams for alignment with traditional ML and AI methodologies.
• Engage in end-to-end software engineering for scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI & ML services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search, and Azure Data & Compute services.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and traditional AI concepts.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model training, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD on Azure).
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
