Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including those in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and multi-agent systems is highly preferred. This role requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless and scalable AI integration. A key focus will be on ensuring model performance, conducting thorough evaluations, and driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. / M. Tech. / M.E. / PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or a closely related field, or an equivalent degree with relevant experience. A minimum of 2 years of full-time, hands-on experience in AI/ML development is essential. You must possess strong proficiency in Python and leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG-based systems is crucial. A solid understanding of APIs, backend integration, and deployment workflows is required. Familiarity with Docker, Git, and MLOps practices will be considered a significant advantage.
