AI Developer Co

About the Opportunity

The AI Developer Co-op will join Church & Dwight's Global Technology & Analytics team to develop, prototype, test, and implement responsible AI and machine learning solutions. You will focus on generative AI, large language model (LLM) applications, data preparation, solution evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype real-world AI/ML business solutions.
• Build and test apps using Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, vector databases, RAG, and AI agents.
• Create prompts, workflows, and evaluation methods to optimize AI outputs.
• Prepare data (structured/unstructured) for applications using Python/SQL.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Schedule & Location

This hybrid role involves working in Ewing, NJ during the Summer of 2027 (Tues/Wed/Thu) and remotely during academic semesters. US work authorization is required.
