About the Opportunity

Join us as an AI Demo Engineer for Scout, our brand-new AI product. You will shape the future by building dynamic AI-powered demonstrations that empower Sales Engineers and drive deal closures. This is a ground-floor role where you define processes from scratch.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Bridge traditional Demo Engineering with AI engineering to construct sophisticated agentic Scout workflows, moving beyond static data to intelligent solutions.
• Create a comprehensive library of reusable standard demo agents and prospect-specific agents tailored for individual deals.
• Maintain the main demo template, ensuring it remains current after platform updates and populated with fresh golden records.
• Act as a diagnostic expert: analyze POC instances, tune agents/data/configurations to optimize outcomes, and secure conversions.

The Skills You'll Have:

Agentic AI & Scout Configuration: Build agentic workflows where agents plan, call tools, and complete multi-step tasks. Possess hands-on prompt engineering experience for LLMs. Understand MCP (Multi-Cloud Platform) patterns and design end-to-end multi-system agentic workflows.

Business Translation & Demo Enablement: Translate complex requirements into working demos without extensive guidance. Produce clear documentation. Quickly understand prospect business processes to create value-led Scout workflows. Hold Salesforce certifications or possess Sitetracker platform experience.

POC Analysis & Tuning: Analyze live tool usage, diagnose why POC instances struggle, and tune configurations to improve conversion rates. Run structured pilot programs end-to-end.

Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Telecom, Utilities, Renewables, or infrastructure-heavy industries. Ability to learn new verticals quickly to ensure demos are credible and relevant.
