Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered chatbots for both web and mobile applications.
• Build, rigorously test, and deploy robust chatbot applications utilizing contemporary tools and frameworks.
• Engage closely with product management and business stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and project objectives.
• Enhance chatbot performance and accuracy through the application of machine learning techniques and continuous improvement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues within chatbot systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, integrating them into solutions where beneficial.
• Develop comprehensive scripts for effective testing and streamlined deployment of chatbot functionalities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid foundational understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
