AI Content Engineer / AI Creative Engineer - RRNVTECH - Gurugram, India

RRNVTECH is seeking an immediate hire for an AI Content Engineer or AI Creative Engineer. This role is crucial in developing the content that AI systems will use to provide information on gold investing, asset allocation, custody, pricing, liquidity, and real asset opportunities. The position combines content creation with technical building.

Role Overview

As an AI Content Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and engineering authoritative content that AI agents will cite. This involves ensuring clarity, structure, and accuracy in content related to financial and investment topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish new content, including guides, educational articles, news coverage, FAQs, and product explainers.
• Restructure and enhance existing content into AI-friendly formats, such as answer blocks, clean heading hierarchies, and optimized internal linking.
• Implement structured data at the content level using schemas like FAQPage, Article, Product, Pricing, and VideoObject.
• Build and maintain content models and publishing pipelines designed for efficient AI extraction.
• Utilize GPT-style tools responsibly for generating, personalizing, and accelerating copy while maintaining factual accuracy and brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure product accuracy and content consistency across all channels.
• Tag and structure content assets with metadata, entities, and authority signals to improve AI discoverability.
• Monitor AI citation performance and iteratively refine content based on usage data.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in content marketing, technical writing, or SEO content creation.
• Proven ability to write clearly and accurately on financial, investment, or economic topics.
• Working knowledge of HTML, structured data concepts, and CMS publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) and best practices for responsible use.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen sense for content trustworthiness, readability, and citable quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• An interest in gold, macro investing, or real asset markets is a significant advantage.
