Role Description: This is a full-time role for an AI Builder (with a path to AI Lead), based in Bengaluru, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of AI and technology, coupled with creativity and design thinking, who enjoy building beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing applications. You will collaborate across AI systems, product, and engineering, utilizing modern AI tools to create solutions that are not only functional but also elegant, user-friendly, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and experiment with AI-driven workflows and agentic systems.
• Design and develop clean, intuitive, and high-converting user experiences.
• Work across frontend and backend to create seamless, well-functioning applications.
• Leverage LLMs, APIs, and modern AI tools to build scalable solutions.
• Focus on both functionality and aesthetics—ensuring applications look great and perform efficiently.
• Rapidly prototype ideas with a strong emphasis on usability and design quality.
• Optimize prompts, outputs, and workflows for better performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and design thinking to bring creative ideas to life.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
• 2025, 2026 pass-out / or final year students who can dedicate 7-8 hours.
• Strong interest in AI tools, LLMs, and modern tech stacks.
• Basic understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) and backend (Node.js / Python).
• A creative mindset with an eye for design, UI/UX, and user behavior.
• Ability to build applications that are both visually appealing and technically sound.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow, or similar (good to have).
• Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
• Preference for candidates from B.Tech / technical backgrounds (IIT, NIT, IIIT preferred).

Probation & Employment Terms:

The role will begin with a probation period of five (5) months OR until submission of degree completion certificate — whichever is later. Confirmation and PPO will be performance-based. Full-time compensation will activate upon successful confirmation.

• During Probation: Monthly stipend.
• Post Probation (Full-Time): ₹6–8 LPA CTC.
