About the Role

Join Salesforce, a pioneer in AI-powered CRM and customer success. As an AI Builder, Emerging Talent, you will develop and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies within our live Agentforce platform.
• Design Agent Intelligence: Architect how agents think, utilizing prompts, reasoning chains, tool calls, and LLM technologies to build scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Support the entire Technical Lifecycle: Collaborate with Builders to architect, debug, deploy high-quality systems.
• Drive Strategic Impact: Partner directly with clients to transform business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills.
• Iterate and Deploy: Test rigorously, fix issues rapidly, ship products, and repeat. Own your work from day one.

What You Bring (Must Haves):

You have a strong background in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines. As an AI native, you possess deep expertise in LLMs and prompt engineering. You are fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infrastructure.

You can hold your own alongside our sales teams and customers at the highest levels. Your code is high-quality and rigorously evaluated for AI outputs. You thrive in collaborative environments building tangible products rather than just discussing them. With sharp problem-solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get-things-done mentality, you are ready to grow faster here than anywhere else.

You bring excitement for travel (25-50% of the time) to work directly alongside customers seeing your code come to life.
