AI Backend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Backend Engineer with strong Python skills and practical exposure to Generative AI. This role focuses on building scalable microservices, creating reusable components, and integrating AI agents and RAG-based workflows into intelligent applications.

About the Role:

• Python Backend Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize REST APIs using Python/FastAPI/Flask with strong OOP principles.
• Data Modeling & Validation: Design schemas and validation logic using Pydantic and NoSQL databases.
• AI Agent Development: Build and customize AI agents for various business use cases, including agent orchestration.
• RAG Workflows: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows utilizing LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Caching & Performance: Utilize Redis or similar mechanisms to ensure efficient application performance via asynchronous programming (async/await).
