IBM is seeking a highly skilled QA/Test Developer with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence to join our team in Bengaluru. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and rigorous testing of our cutting-edge AI solutions, which encompass a diverse range of AI technologies. Your role will involve close collaboration with developers and Product Owners to pinpoint and resolve defects, championing the adoption of automated testing strategies, and guaranteeing the robustness and reliability of our AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test AI Solutions: Rigorously test artificial intelligence solutions, meticulously considering potential failure scenarios and implementing refactoring strategies to proactively prevent future issues.
• Collaborate on Defect Resolution: Partner with coders and Product Owners to identify the root causes of defects and implement effective preventative measures.
• Drive Test Automation: Develop and implement comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests to ensure the stability and efficiency of AI products.
• Identify Defects: Proactively discover defects and bugs within AI solutions, ensuring thorough reporting and tracking for timely resolution.
• Ensure AI Product Robustness: Validate that AI products meet stringent quality standards and demonstrate robustness, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-6 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in day-to-day test execution and failure analysis, including defect opening and closing.
• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Experience testing AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Experience testing GPU/CUDA-based projects.
• Familiarity with testing AI accelerators and their associated ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning technologies.
• Experience with REST API automation using Python's 'requests' library.
• Exposure to test automation tools and techniques, including unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of Deep Learning and AI frameworks.
• Proficient Linux system programming skills.
• Experience creating pipelines and jobs in Jenkins.
• Skilled in Python scripts, Bash, and Groovy scripts for Jenkins pipelines.
• IBM Z skills are considered an added advantage.
