AI Azure Full Stack Engineer

About the Engagement

You will join a small, dedicated team supporting and evolving a commercial AI chatbot platform for a US pharmaceutical client. The live platform serves field sales organizations using Python FastAPI, React, and multi-agent LLM orchestration on Azure Container Apps.

• Application engineering: Maintain/extend FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend; develop multi-agent workflows (intent routing, Q&A, scheduling); ensure compliance controls;
• Integrations with Microsoft Graph/Outlook, Veeva/Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric;
• Manage Markdown-based knowledge retrieval pipelines;
• Resolve production incidents from Sev 1 through Sev 4 within SLAs.

Platform Operations

Operate Azure Container Apps across environments; manage DevOps YAML pipelines and Bicep infrastructure; govern secrets in Key Vault/Managed Identity; configure Application Insights monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering with Python & TypeScript/React;
• Experience building agentic or LLM-based systems;
• Azure expertise (Container Apps, DevOps pipelines, Entra ID);
• Familiarity with regulated environments and US Central Time availability.
