AI Automation&RPA Engineer

VOIS, a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join the Tools Engineering & Operation team within the TSSE Cognitive Centre of Excellence in Pune, India. This role, reporting to Adham ELSheikh, is crucial for maintaining and approving robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards and operate effectively in production environments. The position demands strong technical expertise, effective stakeholder engagement, and a proactive problem-solving approach within a global, agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve newly developed automation solutions for production deployment, verifying compliance with established standards.
• Maintain the production environment through diligent application of incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders as part of daily operational activities.
• Collaborate with international, distributed teams to successfully deliver automation solutions.
• Influence and liaise across various levels within VOIS and customer organizations to foster successful automation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduation degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 14 years of experience in RPA, preferably adhering to ITIL or similar standards.
• UiPath certification or demonstrated experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Confidence in stakeholder engagement and influencing across organizational levels.
