Job Title: AI Automation Specialist (n8n + OpenClaw + LangChain)

Role Overview: This full-time position involves designing, building, and maintaining AI-powered automations for real estate operations, sales, and client experience. You will work with n8n workflows for processes like lead intake, property alerts, and follow-ups; OpenClaw + LangChain for intelligent automation and RAG-based recommendations; and Salesforce integration for lead scoring, deal pipelines, and API syncs. Your responsibilities include monitoring, debugging, scaling production workflows, and collaborating on operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize n8n workflows for real estate processes.
- Create and enhance OpenClaw + LangChain AI agents for automation and RAG-based recommendations.
- Integrate n8n/OpenClaw with Salesforce for automation and data synchronization.
- Ensure workflows are monitored, debugged, and scaled.
- Collaborate on operational enhancements and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with n8n (self-hosted preferred) and complex workflows.
- Practical experience with LangChain (or LangGraph) for agents and RAG.
- Experience with OpenClaw or similar autonomous AI agents.
- Understanding of real estate processes is a plus.
