About this role
WarriorBabe seeks an AI Automation Specialist to independently identify, build, and own AI agents that make our teams more effective. You will work directly with department leaders to understand processes, find opportunities, and turn business needs into practical solutions.
Your Mission
- Build with n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Python, and JavaScript
- Create knowledge-base and business-system agents
- Support team builds and maintain system reliability
Key Responsibilities
Find & Own Opportunities: Partner with leaders to identify pain points. Estimate time saved, track adoption, and ensure solutions solve underlying problems.
Build AI Agents: Design and improve workflows. Develop API integrations and custom code. Validate outputs using feedback loops.
Owning Production Reliability: Monitor systems, troubleshoot failures, design for retries/logging/alerts, manage releases, and protect sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to independently design complex production automations.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, GLM or similar models.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and error handling.
