About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer with strong coding skills, hands-on automation experience, and a clear understanding of systems architecture. You will translate business processes into reliable technical solutions that connect applications, data streams, and AI through intelligent workflows.

Your Mission:

• Design & Build Automations: Develop robust multi-step workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and custom code for onboarding, lead management, reporting, task routing, and internal operations.
• Create AI Agents: Utilize Claude and OpenAI APIs to build systems that retrieve knowledge, classify information, make decisions based on defined rules, and perform actions through connected tools.
• Engineer Integrations: Connect CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), email platforms, finance systems, project management tools, and more via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom middleware.
• Master Data & Databases: Design and maintain Airtable bases and Supabase/PostgreSQL schemas. Ensure data consistency across complex system relationships.
• Build Internal Tools: Develop backend workflows contributing to dashboards, client portals, and operational command centers using React, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS (preferred).
• Develop MCP Servers: Enable AI assistants to securely access business data and execute authorized actions.
• Ensure Reliability & Maintenance: Implement validation, deduplication, retries, logging, monitoring, alerts, and approval flows. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize costs.
