AI / Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/Automation Engineer to design and implement agentic AI-based automation solutions across Datacenter Services, End User Computing, and Network Services within a healthcare client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design data platform blueprints and components while collaborating with integration architects for cohesive system integration.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven automation workflows for operations in VMware, Wintel, Linux, Database environments, SD-WAN, etc.
• Implement predictive analytics to optimize capacity planning, prevent incidents, and enhance performance.
• Build scripts, bots, and self-healing systems aligned with healthcare industry standards and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/IT; 15 years of full-time education required.
• Certifications in AI/ML, VMware, AWS/Azure/GCP preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with AI agents and workflow integration. Ideally located at Gurugram office.

Technical Skills:

• Python, PowerShell, Java; TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• RPA tools (UiPath), ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
• IaC tools like Ansible, Terraform. Experience in healthcare IT compliance is a plus.
