AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

E2M is seeking a talented AI Automation Engineer, also referred to as an AI Executor, to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and integrating advanced AI capabilities into our production systems. Your primary responsibilities will involve leveraging Python and essential Machine Learning libraries to build robust backend solutions. A strong foundation in backend development and a proven ability to deploy AI use cases using tools like TensorFlow, Keras, or OpenAI APIs are crucial. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated backend solutions using Python, with a specific emphasis on integrating AI-driven features.
• Implement and seamlessly integrate AI/ML models utilizing popular platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Lang Chain.
• Employ core Python libraries including NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, and Keras for efficient data processing, model training, and implementation.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical AI use cases and deliver functional, working solutions.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to meticulously define and refine integration workflows.
• Develop and deploy REST APIs and microservices to effectively embed AI components within our applications.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of AI systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and overall reliability.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI/ML landscape, continuously evaluating new tools and techniques to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer, complemented by strong backend development expertise in Python.
• Demonstrated proficiency in essential Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Practical, hands-on experience with leading AI platforms and APIs, including but not limited to OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• A solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and best practices for system integration.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting, possessing strong communication skills and a high degree of ownership.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Prior experience with the MERN stack will be considered a significant advantage.
