AI Automation & Agentic AI Lead

Role Summary

We are hiring an AI Automation Lead to drive an AI-first, lean SRE support model through intelligent automation, AIOps, Agentic AI, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities. The ideal candidate will design and implement secure, scalable AI solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for IT operations and business process automation.
• Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, assistants, and automated support tools.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Integrate AI with enterprise APIs, ITSM platforms, and knowledge bases.
• Drive AIOps, incident management automation, intelligent troubleshooting, and self-service portals.
• Implement MCP-based integrations, access controls, governance, security, and auditability.
• Collaborate with SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevOps teams to optimize performance.
