AI Architect

About the Role

Lead our agentic AI engineering function by taking ownership of design, architecture, and quality for AI agents. You will define standards for prompt design, agent evaluation, and LLM integration ensuring reliability and scalability in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the agent engineering framework (orchestration patterns, tool-calling standards).
• Lead design reviews for AI implementations across the team.
• Own RAG pipeline architecture including embedding strategies and retrieval optimization.
• Implement evaluation frameworks covering golden datasets and confidence calibration.
• Mentor junior engineers in agent development and testing.
• Optimize production performance focusing on latency, cost, and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering with 5+ years in production-grade LLM systems.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent evaluation techniques.
• Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-calling standards.
• Background in building enterprise AI platforms and IT Service Management domains.
