AI Applied Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally articulate, systems-minded Applied AI & Agentic Systems Engineer to engineer the autonomous backbone of RoleChain. In this role, you will architect intelligent agent networks capable of reasoning and orchestrating complex tool-use workflows while resolving real-world logistical entropy in real time.

You Will...

• Architect Native Agentic Workflows: Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent systems using state-of-the-art LLMs, MCP, function calling, and memory systems to manage event logistics and finances autonomously.
• Define the Future of Work: Push boundaries by deploying agents internally and customer-facing to turn human intent into executable actions.
• Own the AI Lifecycle End-to-End: Lead engineering from prompt engineering and RAG architectures to model fine-tuning, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment.
• Transform Unstructured Chaos: Use multimodal perception and NLP to parse contracts, invoices, and fragmented text streams into structured data.
• Shape Strategy: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership to redefine the product roadmap based on agentic solutions for operational friction.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has...

• Production-Grade Engineering Mastery: 3+ years shipping software/ML systems at scale; deep mastery of Python, modern cloud native architectures (GCP/AWS), and asynchronous microservices.
• Hands-On Agentic Architecture Experience: Proven track record with LLM frameworks, tool execution, multi-agent coordination protocols, state management, and enterprise-grade AI security/governance.
• Systems & Product Craftsmanship: Rigorous technical execution paired with high product intuition focused on reliability and latency optimization.
• Obsession with Operational Elegance: A passion for eliminating friction and manual overhead through elegant, automated systems.
