Deutsche Bank is seeking an AI Application Support & Enablement Engineer, Analyst, to join their team in Pune, India. This role is integral to the Shared Application & Services (SAS) division, which specializes in developing and deploying standardized, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions for end-to-end business processes. The AI Application Support & Enablement Engineer will act as a crucial link between platform engineering and internal users, focusing on the successful adoption and utilization of the organization's AI SaaS platform. Key responsibilities include onboarding new teams and use cases, providing day-to-day technical support for AI models, APIs, and applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI application usage, model inference, API integrations, and authentication. The role also involves creating and maintaining user documentation, monitoring platform usage to identify areas for improvement, educating internal teams on best practices for AI model utilization, prompt design, and responsible AI usage, and contributing to product enhancements based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 2 years of experience in application or platform support. Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and application integration is required, along with familiarity with AI/ML concepts like model inference. Experience troubleshooting application-level issues using logs and monitoring tools, and working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), IAM, and basic networking are essential. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java for automation is also a requirement. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in agile environments, are highly valued. Experience with Generative AI platforms, LLMs, Jupyter notebooks, SDKs, monitoring/logging tools, and responsible AI concepts are considered beneficial.
