We are hiring an enthusiastic AI Application Developer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for our diverse client base. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about chatbots, virtual assistants, web applications, and API integrations.
About the Role:
You will take ownership of development tasks from requirements gathering through deployment. You'll work hands-on with Python/JavaScript to create AI-powered solutions that improve operations and decision-making processes for our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants tailored to client needs.
- Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini seamlessly into web platforms.
- Build robust web applications and RESTful APIs connecting AI models with databases and third-party services.
- Create dynamic knowledge-base solutions for chatbot interactions.
- Rigorously test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure high performance.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript with a portfolio of shipped web apps.
- Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Demonstrable hands-on work with LLM/AI models (personal projects are encouraged).
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging abilities, and independent working habits.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- RAG implementation or vector database experience.
- Prompt engineering expertise.
- Basic cloud deployment knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Requirements & Experience:
We prefer 1–3 years of relevant development experience, but strong portfolios and demonstrable skills can compensate for less traditional experience. A degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred but not mandatory.

- Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
