AI Algorithm Development Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring an AI Algorithm Development Engineer to research, develop, and optimize AI algorithms for critical applications including computer vision and machine learning. This role focuses on developing defect detection and classification techniques, preparing algorithms for production environments, and implementing and tuning models for peak performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll research and develop new techniques for defect detection and classification within our image analysis AI framework.
• You will refine the algorithms for use in production facilities and ultimately implement and tune these models for performance and accuracy for particular use cases.
• This role may also include contributing to the development of AI software solutions in partnership with internal product teams.
• Contribute to the research, development, and optimization of AI algorithms and stakeholder solutions.
• Assist in model implementation, tuning, and performance optimization for computer vision and machine learning applications.
• Engage in learning opportunities and skill-building activities aligned with career development goals.
• Support various projects that advance Intel's AI algorithm engineering objectives.
