About the Role
We are seeking an AI Agent Tester — Real-World Tasks. This is a contractor opportunity for US-based professionals. You will be compensated between $25-$45/hour, with tasks taking approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
Your Responsibilities
- Run real-life scenarios including paying bills, booking trips, shopping, groceries, and travel logistics using two different AI agents side-by-side.
- Approve or stop the agent at key steps as needed.
- Screen record every attempt to provide visual evidence of performance.
- Score each run based on completion rates, quality, control issues, satisfaction, and time taken.
- Provide clear written feedback detailing what worked, what didn't, and your overall experience with the agent.
Requirements
To apply, you must be US-based with a Bachelor's degree. You should already use AI in your daily life and possess 2-3 years of experience (preferably in engineering, business management, or operations). Key requirements include having an active personal AI assistant account (Plus tier), access to Muse and Dots platforms, a smartphone capable of screen recording, and a payment card for reimbursed test purchases. No coding or deep AI background is needed.
