AI Agent Builder

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate complex workflows and enhance organizational capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements, testing and optimizing agents and workflows, maintaining deployments, and providing essential support and training for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build conversational AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using platforms like Voice flow, Bot press, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, or similar tools.
• Design agent conversation flows, decision trees, and logic pathways to handle user interactions effectively.
• Configure agent integrations with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
• Create automated workflows using tools like Zapier, make (Integromat), Power Automate, or n8n to eliminate manual tasks and data entry.
• Design trigger-based automations that respond to business events and conditions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical specifications for low-code implementation.
• Create documentation including flow diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all implementations while monitoring agent performance metrics such as response accuracy and completion rates.
