AI Accelerated App Developer

We are seeking an innovative AI-first Mobile Engineer with exceptional skills in React Native, thriving in dynamic, high-impact startup environments. This position transcends traditional app development, integrating cutting-edge AI-accelerated workflows for rapid design, development, and scaling of mobile applications. You will be instrumental in creating intuitive, high-performance apps for marketing experiments and lead generation, alongside managing and optimizing live production systems.

This is a hands-on role where you will own the entire lifecycle of mobile applications, from initial ideation and prototyping through to deployment and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will embrace modern AI tools as an integral part of their development process, enabling accelerated delivery without compromising quality, security, or user experience. Proficiency in crafting polished UI components and critically reviewing AI-generated code for production readiness is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate feature development, transitioning from manual coding to orchestrating and refining AI-generated outputs.
• Build and launch rapid prototypes for marketing and lead generation experiments with minimal turnaround time.
• Ensure seamless user experience by implementing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing UI/UX designs.
• Utilize modern tools to quickly generate and refine front-end components across different devices and screen sizes.
• Take ownership of live applications, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving production incidents and maintaining application stability.
• Manage app deployment processes across platforms such as app stores, including compliance and release management.
• Conduct code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Maintain clear documentation for development, deployment, and operational workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in mobile development, AI tooling, and automation to continuously improve efficiency and output.
