We are looking for a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly within the SAFe framework, to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating Scrum processes, ensuring effective collaboration among team members, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive leader capable of navigating complex project environments and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to the SAFe framework.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of project goals and priorities.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning.
• Support the team in maintaining a healthy backlog and ensuring that user stories are well-defined and understood.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Promote a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies across project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication and resolution of issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Safe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified SAFe & ScrumMaster, PMI ACP).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in leading Agile transformations within organizations (preferred).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (preferred).
• Experience working in a distributed team environment (preferred).
