Full Job Description

Overview: Architect and build multi-step, tool-using AI agent systems that run reliably in production as a full-stack engineer at Keysight Technologies.
Responsibilities:

Design agentic architectures including planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Build agent backends and UIs using Python, Django, React; deploy on AWS infrastructure in Gurugram or remote settings.
Integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), function/tool calling, and enterprise APIs into agent workflows.
Define evaluation protocols, tracing mechanisms, safety guardrails, and cost/latency controls for AI agents.
Leverage frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen, and protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Mentor engineers and establish development patterns for agent systems across teams.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership.
Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React; solid AWS cloud experience.
Essential AI expertise: LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and hands-on development of agentic or multi-agent systems.
Expertise in distributed systems, async/event-driven design, and API integration.
Experience evaluating and monitoring non-deterministic AI systems within production environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AWS Bedrock Agents, model fine-tuning, Docker/Kubernetes orchestration.
Published or open-source contributions in the field of agentic AI.
