Role Overview: As a Fresher within our Agentic AI team, you will engage in the design, development, testing, and deployment of intelligent agent systems. These systems are engineered to interact dynamically with users and existing platforms. You will gain practical experience with state-of-the-art LLM technologies, retrieval systems, tool integration, and agent orchestration frameworks, all under the guidance of experienced senior engineers. This role offers a significant opportunity for early-career engineers to establish a career at the confluence of AI, product development, and systems engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the construction and upkeep of agentic AI workflows, encompassing planning, decision-making, and orchestration.
• Engage with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector stores, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate AI agents with internal APIs, external tools, databases, and various cloud services.
• Develop robust guardrails, effective fallback strategies, and precise evaluation metrics for assessing agent performance.
• Diagnose, monitor, and enhance the performance of real-world AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with AI, product, infrastructure, and domain-specific teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Proficient programming skills, with Python being the preferred language.
• A foundational understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with APIs, database systems, and cloud-based tools.
• A strong aptitude for problem-solving and a keen desire for continuous learning.

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):

• Previous internship or project experience involving frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or autonomous agent development.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge in areas of AI safety, explainability, or data privacy.
• Active contributions to open-source AI projects.
